Pathfinder 1E Pathfinder Players: What would you be playing/buying if PF didn't exist.

I play in 2 groups, the Monday night one still uses 3.0 (pretty much core only) so it wouldn't change.
the other one plays Pathfinder and would probably be playing 3.5 still if there wasn't pathfinder (although we're almost entirely running adventure paths so it probably comes down to whether Paizo would be producing them for 3.5 still)
Both groups tried 4th ed (the Monday group when I was there, the other group before I joined) and enough people hated it that it wouldn't be an option (I'd be fine with playing or running it myself but there's no way it'd fly)

It would be 3.5 when DMing instead of PF and pretty much whatever was being run as a player (currently 13th Age, and going back in time Fate, 1e, 4e, Brave New World, 3.5, and Shadowrun).

Well I enjoyed 4e but that enjoyment ran out of steam as the novelty wore off and WoTC make a complete mess of the online character sheet...I couldn't even use it but they continued to take my remaining 9 months of my subscription even though I got zero use from it. Thanks WoTC, I really appreciated that.

So...Pathfinder doesn't exist? Shame. It's a good game and the supporting product line is I think the best ANY rpg has ever had.

After 4e fizzled out for us (shortly into the Essentials releases...which I bought) we went on to play:

Savage Worlds...Hellfrost. It was brilliant. My best ever campaign as DM. Awesome.

But...I guess we are looking for D&D variant games? In that case I would suggest 13th Age or Dungeon Crawl Classics. Both are forward thinking yet pay massive homage to the games of the past.

Having said that...I have a game of Labyrinth Lord just started using AD&D and Basic/Expert books to reference.

:)

@OP - instead of one 4e campaign and one PF campaign, I'd either be running two 4e games, or one 4e plus one BX/LL/AD&D or similar old-school game.
