Another must buy product from Paizo. This book contains it all. Mass combat rules, downtime rules, how to start a business, kingdom bulding rules, backgrounds for PCs, story feats and much much more.

This book assembles rules published with adventure paths along with about half new material. It allows you to cover what your PCs do off camera in excruciating detail. It tries to avoid making downtime a time sink - you can use gold to expedite your off-hours project, but its much more economical to simply spend time. These are after all the kinds of things non-adventurers make a living from. Still, it suffers from being for Pathfinder with its recommended wealth levels and gold being almost as important as xp to your characters development.
