My group is contemplating staerting up a second game to play on the side, seems that we just can't get enough D&D.

We'd like to go with Eberron, but don't want to use the 3.5 Core, instead we'd like to convert Eberron to Pathfinder.

So I'm curious about how to change/modify the races and classes to fit the feel of the Pathfinder system. I'd love to hear about other groups that have been playing Eberron with Pathfinder and what changes have been made. Or if haven't played Eberron with Pathfinder, but have suggestions I'd love to hear what you have to say.

Regarding this

I hope this helps.
Try Paizo's messageboards, they have been discussing this and might even have gone as far as the artificer

Do you have a link? I'd rather be able to get right to the info, rather than having to sift for it.

To boost the Eberron races up to Pathfinder standards, you might just bump their ability scores a little. Drop one of the racial penalties for shifters and warforged, let changelings get a +2 to Int or Cha.

Similar situation but I'm aided by the fact that I'm starting an all goblinoid Dhakaani campaign right now. What I did for races was to take the core races and make them the goblinoids.
Half-orc -> bugbear
Human -> hobgoblin
Halfling -> goblin

That keeps them simple, balanced, and keeps the right feel between them.

For classes, if there was a Pathfinder varient, I took it. If not, I had to do some minor tweaks, but most of them worked with just shifting skills and maybe HD.

I'll check out the linked artificer thread, that could be a huge help.
