You're the only one I've heard of with a PBEM that has a longevity to match my own! Congrats to you and your players!

Follow Storminator's comments from the last thread he indicated closely. The best add-on bit of advice I can offer to compliment his points would be that you take care to research and screen your players VERY well. A little forethought and preperation prior to begining the game can make all the differance between a successful game and one that disappears after two posts...
