The current version of PCGen has a Source Material tab called PCGen Open Gaming Content. Reading the information bar on it and it's all Copyright-WOTC.

Are you referring to the S15 of the OGL, which had the WotC copyright on it?

They seem to have been down for a while, but I can get in now.

Prices are typically $6 for a set. A few are more expensive (campaign settings, for example) and some are cheaper (the adventure sets, for example). Plus, there are bundle deals which give you a discount if you buy several related sets at the same time.

One other quick PCGen question. How do you get it to print a character sheet with phobias, interests, ect on it?

Which output sheets are you using that you aren't seeing those? I thought csheet_fantasy_std.htm and csheet_fantasy_combined.htm had those on it. I don't use those on my character sheets, so haven't paid much attention to it.

You can pretty much get PCGen to do anything you want with a bit of ingenuity.

Classes, feats, skills, equipment are all stored in text files that you can easily add to and manipulate. You can even get it to support non-standard d20 ideas like Monte Cook's skill group idea with a bit of work.

The output sheets are XML based, so with a bit of playing around you can make your own and add whatever fields you like.

You just need to tinker with it - and to not be afraid to do so. I recommend installing two copies of it, one backup with original files, and then one you play with. That way, if you do screw it up you can easily go back to the working version's files.
