Does anyone know if a socket 478 card is made with a pci-e slot? I can only find socket 775 and 939. Just curious. I purchased the GeForce 6600GT video card not knowing that I needed a pci-e slot (or what a pci-e slot was for that matter). If I can pick up a relatively inexpensive motherboard to solve my problem, I will. I wasn't looking forward to a new processor too, though. Might just have to send the video card back and get a replacement. Thanks for the help.
