The skinny:

- 32 point buy for stats.

- Starting XP at 50,000 (5,000 over 10th level), which'll give you something to play with if you want item creation feats.

- Starting gold will be 54,000 (again, a little bit between levels).

- Regarding equipment, I ask that each character start with one item of a cost between 18,000 and 36,000 gp, with a history behind it, and perhaps a name -- something in the tradition of the magic items found in fantasy literature. Aside from this, the maximum cost per item will be 18,000 gold.

- Races, classes, et cetera are as those found in the core rules (including PrCs). I'd prefer no monster races, but if anyone is really set on one, feel free to argue your point.

Information:
Minor noble family within the city since the time of Cuthbertian prominence. The blacks were known as a martial family with many paladins, clerics, and noble fighters among their line. Currently they are known as patrons of the arts. Jaros, a third son of the aging family patriarch Vimnos Blak, is known to be skilled in the "balanced blades" school of fencing and has won a few duels already. He bears a small scar on his chin.

Information:
R.U is the son of a very small businessman of the city(pottery). He has a good heart but was always very wild. Very young he felt there was something special about him(sorcerer). His father knew about it (Mom is also a sorcerer) and didn't want his son to become like his father in law (who was an evil sorcerer who died destroying a quarter of the city) so he sent him to the army to disciplined him. His father and mother always prevented everything that could have let him discover his power. Because of his uncontrollable nature he was a very bad fit for the army, he was assigned to a scouting unit. This unit was doing enemy reconnaissance and infiltration. After a reconnaissance mission that turned bad he was capture by the enemy and presented to the enemy wizard. He bluffed him, the wizard never knew why but he liked him a lot. He was selected to work as a slave for the wizard. While he was working there he discovered magic (from the wizard) but quickly discovered that his magic didn't depends from the books it was inside. Every day he kept improving his knowledge and powers. The first night he discovered invisibility, ran away from the enemy city,stoling a few object in the way. He came back to his city, on the way back as he was sitting in a bar he heard a bard telling the story of his grand-father. Impressed by so much power he asked more information about this powerfull man to the bard. He quickly understood that this was his grand-father. He became enraged against his parent, why did they hid that from him, casting is providing me such a great pleasure why hide that from me. He returned to the city almost killed his parent out of anger and ran away adventuring for three years. Now he is back, he still didn't talk to his parent and he is now part of a small anarchy political group. He as been selected as a speaker for the group. The locals always keep close watch on him as they are scared that he will turn mad like his grand-father. He currently rent a nice appartement in the city. He also hate hand to hand combat, will avoid it at any cost(easy to understand)

Information: Joseph was born as a son of a farmer, whose home village was destroyed in an undead attack. Joining forces with few of his friends who survived they decided to become adventurers like the heroes in great tales. The life of an adventurer was everything but glorious at first, but eventually Joseph’s group – or those few, that survived – became wealthy and known in many areas. Joseph was driven by wanderlust and usually didn’t stay long in one place so he never became really famous. And that was exactly how he wanted it to be.


As the years passed the group was finally disbanded. Many friends had died, some got tired or just wanted to enjoy the wealth while they were still young. Joseph found his place in the city of Gladenrach, where skilled and able warriors were needed. His skills have earned him a high rank among the local ranger’s guild, where he trains new recruits and the experienced soldiers alike in the art of war and stealth. He hates all formal duties however, and is always eager to leave the city for some dangerous quest riding his loyal steed, Thorc, if the opportunity presents itself.

Joseph’s most priced possession is the two-bladed weapon, that he found from a giant chieftain’s treasure hoard. Because of the unsual weapon he has earned the name “Joseph Twinblade” or simply “Twinblade”. The exact origin of the weapon is not known to Joseph, but it seems to be made by the elves. Some elven wizard was once able dechipher the word “Brightstar” carved on the blade in ancient elven runes.

The statistics presented here describe large breeds of working horses such as Clydesdales. These animals are usually ready for heavy work by age three. A heavy horse cannot fight while carrying a rider.
