PDF Bookmark question

We'll i've just noticed that you can put bookmarks in subheads of each other. (ok i noticed yesterday... i also didn't notice the "The Beatles" is a clever play on words until my senior year in HS... so i'm not always the quickest elf)

** the [...] are spaceholders so you get the idea..**

and i've been beating my head against my desk trying to figure out how to do this. I've got Pagemaker 7.0.

Could one of you PDF geniuses out there tell me how i do this in pagemaker 7.0?

I have no idea how you do it in Pagemaker, but in Acrobat I was just dragging the bookmarks around.

Not an expert by any means...

Should be Beetles.. as in bug.

Beatles stresss the the Beat... ie. the music.

Actually, Beat is a type of music in England at the time. They weren't Mods, they were Beat.
