PDF char sheet needed...

...that will allow data entry into the various fields.

I've seen one of these somewhere, but I can't find it! It looks like the base sheet, but you can type in your values. Can someone help me find this?

Ohhhhh, I love the map of Brindinford, I´m so going to use it!
We´re playing in Greyhawk so I´ll to place Brindinford somewhere nice.
To bad that the Halfling encampment on the river didn´t make it on the map,but other that that it looks great!!
