PDF Store download problem

Not sure if this is the right place for this issue, but I am finding myself unable to download anything from my PDF store previously purchased list. I tried Chrome and IE8, and all I get is a pop-up with this message:

This webpage is not available.

The webpage at http://watermark.rpgnow.com/download.php?order=1678484&id=2292342&bundle_index=0&site=enworld might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

RPG Now tech support guys resolved the issue so this thread can be safely deleted.
