Penumbral Lord update

Been looking for Penumbral Lord Conversion from 3.1 to 3.5 if there is any?
any links or files would be great.

Ok, do anyone play Penumbral Lord?, or do anyone can help me with a 3.5 version of Penumbral Lord. I have a Char. that will be 10th level soon, after that I will become the Penumbral Lord....fear the darkness!!!

3.0 or 3.5, Penumbral Lord needs reworked. An illusionist with shadow spells is kind of better than Penumbral lords, ESPECIALLY when it comes to spell power and caster level.
