Permanancy and Repulsion Spell

Hi,

It seems that once a spell is made permanent, the will save failure for the spell duration
for a spell such as Repulsion, seems way to long. I dont think there are any consideration to the mechanics of the spell once they are made permenant.

Fortunately, repulsion can't be made permanent. Regardless, there are similar cases with other (legal) spells and even more difficult situations involving (un)hallow.
