A +0 club has an attack +0 and 1-6 damage, for an av. of 3.5, and costs 0gp.
A +1 club has an attack +1 and 2-7 damage, for an av. of 4.5, and costs 2,300gp.
A +2 club has an attack +2 and 3-8 damage, for an av. of 5.5, and costs 8,300gp.
A +3 club has an attack +3 and 4-9 damage, for an av. of 6.5, and costs 18,300gp.

The theoretical shillelagh club has an attack +1 and 2-11 damage, for an average damage of 6.5.

So its attack is identical to the +1 club, but its damage is identical to the +3 club.

What should I price it at? Is it effectively the same as a +2 club at 8,300gp? Or is the extra damage more important than the lower attack bonus, and price it half way between a +1 and +3 club at 10,300gp? Or is the extra damage so significant that it should be even higher, say 14,150gp (+3 club less half the price of the +2 club)?

Any thoughts?

I think you might have missed my post in all the nonsense above. :)

15,000gp. I would design it similar to the Sunblade. It would have the damage and stats of a Greatclub, but it would be wielded as if it were a standard club. So, that's 2,000gp for the +1 enhancement and 13,000gp (maybe less) for the funky wielding/damage bit.
