How does personal messaging work? I cannot seem to PM anybody. Or does it take some sort of account other than the basic one to do it (i.e. be a Mod, or a paying member)?

Duh!

That figures that the answer would be in front of my face the whole time. I probably stare at those words for 20 hours a week, and never put 2 and 2 together to make 4.
