For me, it was depressing because I went and took up a challenge while 27 points down... and you only took me to -19, so if I'd bothered to go in fully healed, I coulda taken you...

Yes. Hindsight is... slightly better vision than before. Sometimes. :)

Cheers!

Hmm.. strange. the one time I've seen dagger claws, it did less damage than my regular attacks. Not sure why.

Well, my attack did no damage at all! ;)

Cheers!

I've had a "ferocious bite" before.

Also, if you get to very low health, your attack option goes red with an asterisk before and after it - *Attack* - and does extra damage.

Yes, both Hypersmurf and I got that option in that last battle of ours. :)

Is there any point to "Defend"?

Cheers!

Ach. I am slain. (Well down to 7 hp) So the red asterisk means the attack does more damage. Interesting. I guess I should have equipped my armor before battle. :) Pythagoras gave Kafitrar a good thrashing.

I've no idea. It must do something!

You think so? :)

Hopefully it makes your next attack more potent; just defending yourself in a 1 on 1 fight doesn't do much.

OTOH, I've just thought of a reason: if your special attack only comes up some of the time, you can just defend yourself until you can employ it. Of course, the special attack must do more damage than the attacks you've given up... something I'm not convinced of so far.

Cheers!
