Both weapons hit, thanks to the teamed attack that gives him the advantage of flanking!

His training is quickly put to use in the the attack style against the hidious creature!
 


Yiun gets to the top of the steps in time to see the two formidable warriors attack the hideous creature. Seeing they have the creature at bay Yiun looks about to see if there are anymore.

Nydra watches Mero sliding around in the grate with a look of horror on his face. Expecting him to fall and injure him self any minute. Deciding that there is nothing he can do to assist Mero especially if he falls, Nydra starts to go back up to the ground floor to see if anyone has a rope. "Mero. Will you be all right if I leave you for a couple of minutes. I'm just going to find a rope."
 

Mero slips and nearly puts one hand down in something best left undescribed. He shudders and backpedals until he is back at the safety of the basement floor. He turns back to Nydra, "Aye, I'm fine here. Gather the others if you can, this may be our only way out."
