[sblock=OOC]I've gone back and edited in the 150 XP each for the Hobgoblin/Goblins fight in the guardroom. I added it to my Tracking and Interface thread as well.

So am I understanding right that you folks would like to rest here and to get XP and time XP in order to level up now? Resting isn't a problem, but with very little to go in this adventure I wonder about doing the time XP this close to the end. Of course, without the time XP there isn't enough to level everyone up. Adventure started on 8/04/08, so if we did 11 months of time XP that would take it up to 7/04/09 of this month. If you all want to do the leveling up now, we can do it I suppose. As long as your leveling ups get approved before we hit what will probably be the final fight of this adventure things will flow okay. Otherwise we can delay a bit until they get approved. OOC: Of course it's always fun to level up and, with two character judges here, I'm pretty sure we can expedite approvals (since Trouvere is very active, too). Still, I'm prepared to go with your take on the timing, and I'd rather not lose momentum.

I assume that Kona'i is going to disappear? If we're down to three PCs, I'm not sure Peladus will have enough people to hide behind.

OOC: I'll continue to NPC Kona'i, but he won't get any XP. I know only having 3 PC's could be tough. I'll wait and see what the others think. I guess we can go with a majority vote of 2 out of 3 being enough to decide it.

ooc: I have to say I like the idea of leveling up, too. Periwinkle is going to take a sorcerer level at 2, and I'm itching to try it out. Plus, the way this forum is going, if I don't level now, I may never get to.

OOC: Since the site has forced a slow-down on us anyway, I suggest that we go ahead and level up.

covaithe, if you want to send the character judges a copy of Periwinkle at level 2, we can at least work on an in principle approval, to be ratified once P8 has supplied XP. I'll do the same with Peladus, and if stonegod can ramp up Xir, then we should be good to go once the site's back in working order (and Trouvere gets back from his travels).

Alrighty then, XP time it is. Since we're only a few days away from it being one year of game time I'll go ahead and count all 12 months for time XP. That's 50 XP per level per month. Here's the breakdown:

Xir: (04 Aug 2008 - present)
33+75+113+120+100+100+125+150+200=1,016XP
12 months of Time XP (12 x 50 XP x lvl 2) = 1,200 XP
Total XP given = 2,216 XP

Periwinkle: (04 Aug 2008 - present)
33+75+113+120+100+100+125+150+200=1,016XP
12 months of Time XP (12 x 50 XP x lvl 1) = 600 XP
Total XP given = 1,616 XP

Dair: (04 Aug 2008 - 18 Dec 2008)
33+75+113+120+100+100=541XP
4.5 months of Time XP (4.5 x 50 XP x lvl 1) = 225 XP
Total XP given = 766 XP

Kona'i: (30 Aug 08 - 27 Feb 09)
75+113+120+100+100+125=633XP
6 months of Time XP (6 x 50 XP x lvl 1) = 300 XP
Total XP given = 933 XP

Peladus: (15 Sep 2008 - present)
120+100+100+125+150+200=795XP
10.5 months of Time XP (10.5 x 50 XP x lvl 1) = 525 XP
Total XP given = 1,320 XP

We can keep going with IC talking and such while you are getting leveling up done. Feel free to keep posting (please ) so that the thread doesn't go completely dead while you are getting approvals. I'll keep moving us along so that we can hopefully be about ready for the final fight by the time your leveling up is done.

Just one thing: time xp wouldn't normally be issued to PCs whose players have gone AWOL. At best, I think you might award time xp up to the time that they stopped posting (unless the general policy is more severe, and I don't know about that).

OOC: You are correct about the time XP. Sorry. I was fighting the boards to get that stuff posted this morning and forgot to find when they left to modify their time XP. I'll do that tomorrow morning.

Allow me to assist you. Halford's last appearance was on 18th December, 2008. (And that only took an hour to track down. Oh well, it gave me time to get Peladus up to date at level 2.)
