Can some one please tell me where to find more info about the phaerimm or tell more other than they lived in the underdark and all that stuff they did to the Netheril.

Yes, there is surprising little in the way of 3E coverage for Phaerimm isn't there? Perhaps they will be covered in more detail in the forthcoming Underdark FR supplement planned for later this year.
They are mentioned sporadically in the FRCS, but the stats are covered in the Monsters of Faerun monster compendium.
Most living Phaerimm in Faerun are currently thought to dwell underneath the Anauroch desert, trapped there by the power of the Sharn.
They were definitely covered much better in 2E releases. Perhaps someone else can steer you towards an older sourcebook if you are interested in research them...
Oy yeah - IIRC, the FR Supplement called "Silver Marches" has a blurb about The Phaerimm escaping inmprisonment, and being promptly accosted by the denizens of Shade, an ancient Netherese ( you can't avoid them if you are using the Phaerimm in FR! ) city which had been dwelling in the Plane of Shadow. Shade has now "parked" itself somewhere in the Anauroch...

The Sharn Wall that held the majority of the phaerimm under the Anauroch has since been sundered, right around when Shade was summoned back to Faerun. More information can be found in the Return of the Archwizards trilogy (The Summoning, The Sorcerer, and The Siege) by Troy Denning, as well as in some blurbs in the FRCS, and The Silver Marches. It's worth noting that some phaerimm are known to live in Myth Drannor also (I can't give you a specific product on that though, sorry).
