Of course even an absurd amount of feats doesn't take up that much space.

I expect this will be covered by the power source based splat books like Martial Power that are coming out.

I'm hoping we'll see the return of the affiliations rules, and perhaps there'll be more stuff on creating backgrounds and personality for your characters - there's a lot of things that would suit well in a PHB II.

Exactly. I would not expect the PHB2 to be 'crunch" only. If we like it or not

That's around 120 pages for classes, 16 pages for races (assuming 8 instead of the rumored 5 races), 20 pages for feats (including new multiclass feats), and 20 pages for rituals. That's 176 so far.

That leaves around 44 pages. There could be new Paragon paths for each PHB1 class. There could also be 1 more new build option for each PHB1 class, and the PHB2 classes could be beefed up with an additional build option and Paragon path. That would easily cover those 44 pages.

I'd say 4 or 5 Paragons for each new Class and 1 for each PHB 1 class would work.

While it is optimistic, and I myself would like to see it, I highly doubt there will be ANY major content specific to the 8 PHB1 Classes as that is the domain of the Martial Power and Arcane Power sourcebooks.
