Can't respond to much of this without touching politics (which is a sad state of "charities")- I say the money just be put in towards ENWorld. You won't lose sales of people who dislike whatever charity is picked.

I vote a charity dealing with cancer research myself - but is Cancer Research the name of a specific charity, or just the goal?

Cancer Research is a UK based charity - but I'm sure there must be an international cancer research charity that we can all agree on.
