Hmmm, amusing question...
Given that I would be stranded, I would probably choose my buddies Lars & Krisli -- both of them are handy in a variety of strange situations, can converse on a wide variety of topics, get along well with each other (and me), and are generally cool people/
Five songs... ugh. That could be rough.
#1 (a cheat): Beethoven's 9th Sympthony. Not really a "song" and comes if 4 movements, but it's one piece as far as I am concerned.
#2: American Pie by Don McLean. I have to play this every year on my birthday, due to being born on The Day The Music Died
#3: Precious Things by Tori Amos
#4: Won't Get Fooled Again by The Who
#5: Song of the Sibyl by Dead Can Dance
Five movies ... this is gonna get weird...
#1: The Adventures of Robin Hood with Errol Flynn
#2: Four Weddings & A Funeral
#3: Ghostbusters
#4: Citizen Kane
#5: Blue Velvet
And now the hardest category ... ONLY THREE BOOKS?!?
**le sigh**
#1: The Lord of the Rings
#2: Le Morte d'Arthur
#3: Alice's Adventures in Wonderland
...and I would happily drop both the movies and the songs to take more books...
