Caves of Chaos was fun. Granted, at the time i didn't understand encumbrance, but it was still fun.

A 5e version to start out with would be nice.

Well, if those big orange numbers are the new way to keep track of initiative, I simply cannot abide this newfangled game they are forcing me to buy!

;) :D

That was the table I played at (and my elbow in the top right corner).

He definitely brought his original Keep on the Borderlands, but I don't know how much he ran from which.

I'm jealous, @Alphastream is an awesome DM (he also is one of the admins for the Ashes of Athas campaign, written for Living Greyhawk & Living Forgotten Realms, and was recently published in Dungeon magazine).

He brought the original cover from B2 to use as a screen but as I understand it the module was adapted from the BECMI rules to the D&D Next rules. I have a hard time believing that a pre-alpha version has the capability of converting older editions and that they would make their convention DMs do that.

Mark, I know you were joking about the initiative tent cards, but please don't start someone down the path of D&D is not a card game and I will never use cards, ever! I don't think my poor heart could take it :p.

Well, that is an ogre lying dead outside the ogre cave. Also, there is a minotaur in the maze and people have mentioned fighting a minotaur as well, so this looks possibly like a direct translation of B2.
