salt firing is a method of "glazing" a pot by adding salt to the kiln as the clay "matures" at around 2400 deg F.

pics of enworlders got put on indefinite hold when i quit working on that bok project.

it may come up again, who knows?

Those are great. Are you a full time artist?

I would think so from the vast amount of projects you seem to be involved in and the equipment you discuss. But then, I also remember you have 800+ dogs and other animals in your house. I had two dogs and know how much time 2 dogs consumed. 800 animals must also be a full time job. I think you and PC should be giving classes on time management

ktt, i am mr. superbusy, that is for sure

i cannot say it is a full time job, because it is set up oddly. i sometimes go a week or 2 without stepping into the studio, on the other hand there are months i feel like i haven't stepped OUT of the studio all month.

i put in about 15-20 volunteer hours most weeks, other than that all ireally do is art and game
