Sacred Wolf, Inc. and Politically Incorrect Games announce the release of Shadow of the Serpent, an adventure for Iron Gauntlets: Heroic Fantasy Roleplaying, published in digital (PDF) format. This adventure, written by William Rae, is the second in the four-part Seipeal de na Nathrach (Temple of the Serpent) series. Each separate part can either be played as a stand-alone adventure or as a piece of the developing story told throughout the series.
Shadow of the Serpent is a hack-and-slash, dungeon-type crawl split up into two levels, and includes new creatures, gimmicks, and styles. More mysterious disappearances, dead livestock, snakebite victims, and the emergence of a new cult have caused panic in a small town. Will the heroes once again venture underground to resolve the situation?
Iron Gauntlets is Politically Incorrect Games' generic fantasy rules which let you go back to basics and create a customized campaign. It features traditional fantasy (elves, dwarves, orcs, etc.), yet promotes dynamic play and versatility without the need for experience levels and lengthy spell lists. Its magic system is flexible and relatively freeform.
