<li data-xf-list-type="ul">Hating the newer editions won't bring the Xth Edition back to the production line.&nbsp; Cher doesn't work at WotC--they won't turn back time, they won't find a way, they won't take anything back to make you stay.&nbsp; Sure, I understand the desire to punish Hasbro and/or the fans for (insert reason here)--remember I'm old and grumpy--but unless you're a controlling shareholder, Hasbro isn't listening.&nbsp; And those fans are the largest (if not the only) source of content and support for older games.</li>
<li data-xf-list-type="ul">If D&amp;D becomes unprofitable, it would not be a win for anyone.&nbsp; Hasbro will still own the brand, and they will continue to own it even after it stops making them money.&nbsp; They won't sell it, they will shelve it indefinitely until it's profitable again...just like they've done with countless other games and toys that now languish in obscurity, like Ready! Set! Spaghetti! or whatever.</li>
