A few of them I see daily on my walks...1 guy obliterated on likely fentanyl.Someone setting up a bloody tent in my parking lot, that wont last.Worst of all, across the double lane, I saw a young lady sitting on the curb, while her friend was animated talking to her, sure no problem right?
