I have not been up to Harley Jack's in Ossipee, and I don't care for cheese on burgers, so I'm probably not a good judge for the best burger in the state.  If I'm looking for a great burger in NH I'd probably go to Strange Brew in Manchester for a traditional or Stash Box for a smashburger.</blockquote>
