And while they may be technically correct, that stuff from the new place resembles the classic pizza in the same way La Croix sparkling water resembles flavor (a vague hint that's just enough to remind you of what you're missing). Somewhere in the world there may be a pizza place that's a compromise between those two options. But this ain't a story about those kind of places.
