I have one devil's luck left but I forget all the things they do. I know they can reduce DR by 4 so I would assume that would be best as it allows me to dodge one of the 3 that I failed?

• Deal max dmg. with 1 attack
• Reroll any die roll
• Lower one test's DR by 4
• Lower dmg dealt to you by d6
• Neutralize a Crit or Fumble

IF DEPLETED:
After resting at least six hours, roll class’s designated die (d2 for Landlubbers) and regain that much Luck.

Desiree scrambles out of the water, barely keeping his right leg thanks to some unknown luck. He looks up to Bautista as he pulls himself from the water, somehow knowing he'd done something to protect him. But there was no time for a thank-you. Instead, he grabs his weapon and turns an eye towards the water,

"That scurvy dog! I'll show yeh whatfor!!"

Using his harpoon, he stabs down at one of the offending sharks.

((I forget what the protection spell does...dr. 1d2? I rolled a 2 so I only take 5 damage.
