Pixie Arrows

I have a character who wants to play a Pixie. I am wondering how to handle the pixie arrows. I'm assuming they are something that pixies manufacture but I'm not really sure.

If they are manufactured should I just come up with a price per arrow based on the magic item creation rules?

You should use the normal magic item rules as much as possible. For example, just use the sleep arrow from the DMG (cost 132 gp, minimally different stats). This will make them moderately hard for the player to afford, but they are fairly powerful.

Special Arrows (Ex): Pixies sometimes employ arrows that deal no damage but can erase memory or put a creature to sleep.
Memory Loss: An opponent struck by this arrow must succeed on a DC 15 Will save or lose all memory. The save DC is Charisma-based and includes a +2 racial bonus. The subject retains skills, languages, and class abilities but forgets everything else until he or she receives a heal spell or memory restoration with limited wish, wish, or miracle.
Sleep: Any opponent struck by this arrow, regardless of Hit Dice, must succeed on a DC 15 Fortitude save or be affected as though by a sleep spell. The save DC is Charisma-based and includes a +2 racial bonus.

I just read it again and the fact that it is listed as an extraordinary ability and the fact that the save DC is based on the pixies Cha it makes me think maybe they just pull them out of their arses....
 

perhaps they're like a flaming weapon and apply their "memory erase" ability to any ammunition they fire.

It'd probably just be factored into the ECL
