It was co-authored by Bruce R. Cordell and Gwendolyn F.M. Kestrel, it contains material that facilitates the incorporation of planar material in a campaign. It's a brown book, so it mostly targets players (though there must be some stuff for DMs). Considering the current trend at WotC, it will contain new races and the requisite amount of Prestige Classes, Feats and Spells. There's supposed to be stuff about Sigil and other planar locations of import. You can check WotC's site under the previews section, they posted a new race and an exerpt from the back of the book.

Oh and the book's a 192 page hardcover that will retail at 29.95$ (44.95$ for us poor canadian bastards :( )

I feel your pain. Sad thing is, I remember a day when the dollar was worth $1.04 USD. Of course, we were still using stone knives and bearskins back then (or at least wearing polyester).

there's not must out there yet.

Follow the link that Khayman posted, and from there go to the In the works article on the WotC site. That'll tell ya pretty much everything we know so far.

but to rehash, it's got races (including SS style level breakdowns for planar creatures), featc PrCs, spells and monsters. It also has lots of planar locations, including some that you can tie your character to some how. There's an example of those at the WotC site in the article mentioned before.
