BTW, you've NEVER been a disappointment, since we first started chatting over the PW forums.
But, your post does illustrate just exactly what Ken and I deal with from day to day - this project is SOOOO BIG and SOOOO spread out that one hand does not even know the other exists. Now imagine trying to coordiate and run all of that...
But, it will be worth it in the end.![]()
Ya know Ashy... in the back of my mind I had a feeling you guys have been overloaded when it came to getting Planescape 3E finished but I still became an impatient bugger.
If I (or anyone else for that matter) gives ya a hard time again, just turn and point us towards the Lady and say "If ya gotta a complaint, berk. Tell it ta the Lady. I'm sure she'll be happy to dead-book ya. Suren!

BTW, you guys should check out Fantasy Flight Games' Path series of books for a different idea regarding the factions. In their book, Path of the Sword, they have something they call legendary classes.
These classes allow for flexiblity in HOW a character advances. You can take different abilities each time you advance in a level, thus allowing for characters to take a slightly different path towards being a legend.
Now if you apply that to the factions you can have different paths for different faction members depending on what the player wishes. Each character would believe their way is the best way to meet the goals of their faction.
What do you think?
