Planescape Fans: Are You Normal Gamers?

Are Planescape Fans Abnormal, Even Among Gamers?

If normal is being a very chiseled and handsome male model that has traveled the world and owns multiple luxurious homes and a small island that is full of beautiful women at all times, then yes, I am a normal gamer PS fan.

Holy cow. You too?

Anyways, I prefer to think of myself as a "special snowflake."

I love Planescape, but only ran it once 18 or so years ago.

It's still my all-time favorite setting - not because of gaming experiences but because of the (IMO) wonderful creativity of the authors that created it. I get inspired to adventure just from reading it.

<Thinks over some of the PCs, NPCs, and homebrews I've been responsible for over the past 10 years>

I'm not sure I can identify was a normal gamer is anymore! But I like Planescape...

Why are you pisking on Planescape. Couldn't you say the same about any campaign setting or rules system?

Trying to say fans of one portion of the hobby are not part of the mainstream is not very productive.
