Planning an AoO Machine

I redid what I think I'll do for feats and came to this. Any suggestions for how to improve this build please let me know. I am seeking even advice for powers, or items I should be focused on getting too.

1. I can't make sense of your build in general.
2. You need BAB +4 for Improved Natural Attack, you can't have it at level 1.
2a. Why do you even want Imp. Natural Attack?
3. Depending on your stats, are you sure you can even take the pathetic flaw?
4. Why are you taking Lithoderms and the Natural Armor feat multiple times? They're really underpowered feats and don't help your AoO schtick at all.

Nothing was written about Improved Natural Attack from what I saw.

I figure I listed all the best AoO feats for my guy. I am considering my goal is to provide complete protection for all my allies that stand within my threatened zone. I really can't think of better feats and I don't like getting hit so having Natural Armor seems nice to me.

Character has Powerful Build and uses Expansion power to get big. Near and Far will allow me to hit adjacent enemies as well as reach enemies. If I don't do Pathetic I am going to take the Flaw that gives a -2 to ranged attacks I believe is called Shaky Hands or something of that nature.

I considered Gambit and Karmatic Strike but once again I rather not get hit.
 

If you really don't want to get hit, use Exotic Weapon Proficiency on a Kusari-gama (in the DMG under Asian weapons) and get a SHIELD. Or just wait until you can afford a +1 animated heavy shield. Instead of near and far and all of those natural armor feats. For super overkill, get Shield Specialization and Shield Ward from PH 2 if you want. Nets you +1 AC and counts shield AC towards touch AC, as well as adding it to your defense against several combat maneuvers. The heavy shield itself will add between +2 and +7 AC, depending on how much it's enhanced.

Better yet, get concealment. A 20% miss chance from blur is worth a lot more than +1 or +2 AC. But seriously, the natural armor feats are not worth getting.

I thought I saw Imp. Natural Attack is listed as one of your flaw feats, my mistake.

EDIT: Shield and Pike Style feat is another option to have a reach weapon and a shield. You'd still need Near and Far to hi adjacent (I prefer to just buy some spiked gauntlets for that, myself), but it's an option. Also, Improved Buckler Defense feat. In the long run, 2H weapon + animated shield is the most efficient, though.

I am making use of Dastana's which count as a shield bonus which are being allowed. I'm using a chain shirt too and I figure since I have combat reflexes and reach including near and far I wont have to be worried about being being caught flat footed. The Natural Armor is to help with that too just in case.
