I really want to play some D&D, I can play weekends, and don't really care what the setting for the game is as long as I can play. Any GMs want a player who likes difficult games instead of uber characters?

Well, I think I have your answer

I have a game that I play pretty much every saturday and somettimes sundays on yahoo messanger. The DM is the best I have found online and isn't power happy. If you are interested chat with me on yahoo messagner, my screen name is acidicdao. Before you say anything, this is a campaign that doesn't deal with stupidity. We are doin a homebrew world with the 3.0/3.5 rules. Not all core either, pretty much everybody playing has the books in PDF format so almost anything plausable goes.

Hi guys
I'm 55 years old and have played 3.0 and 3.5 D@D for many years. Unfortunately, since moving from Australia to the US (some 12 years ago), I have not been able to play a serious game. I have just about every D&D 3.0/3.5 book in PDF format. I live in Utah, in a retirement home. Due to my place of sojourn, I have plenty of time to fill, and so I have heaps of spare time to play in. I GOTTA WARN YOU, I have early-onset Parkinson's disease and (I feel) have gotten through the worst of it, with most of my symptoms being physical rather than cognitive. I can still walk, talk, and know where and when and wear to naughty word and breathe. I also have a PhD in anatomy and physical biology. Furthemore have a lot of Pathfinder 1st edition stuff, also in pdf format.
I don't care about the serious stuff or the silly stuff, it's all the same to me. Basically, I'm looking for a group of like-minded individuals who want to get online to play some D&D, in the format that I cut my teeth on.
Cheers,
