Playing an ettin or other multi-headed creature...

I checked out the multi-headed template stuff in SS, but I could not find the answer to this. If you were playing an ettin, or other multi-headed creature, do you get double the actions? Or, more specifically, could you fight and cast spells at the same time? One head would concentrate on the spell casting, the other would concentrate on melee fighting. How does that work?
