I am currently writtng a book that covers an alternate magic system.
It is ritual magic which is a sort of herbalism closely related to the "magic" of dark ages earth. The rules can be use in one of two ways. Along side the standard, or any other, magic system as a flavor element or as a stand alone system to create a low magic world.
The iniital rules will be written in 3.0 with a revision to 3.5 as soon as it comes out.
