Candidates for inclusion:1/ Chill Touch (1st level Necromancy)2/ Vampiric Drain (sure it's 3rd level, but we all remember how fun it was in Baldur's Gate II, right?)3/ (Su) Negative Energy effect equal to Shocking Grasp (1d6/2 levels, max 5d6, touch attack)4/ Some Warlock ability?
