Please, Help Me Create The Perfect 20th level Manipulative Rogue

I know you said that you wanted to stick with the Rogue, but I will try to persuade you otherwise. My diplomacy skill is really high, but I might be bluffing.

I suggest the following classes from WotC's Unearthed Arcana:

Cloistered Cleric with the Knowledge, Pact and Trickery domains: Gives clerical spellcasting + lots of social skills, knowledge skills (for synergy boni), and skill points.

Half-elf Paragon: Level 2 gives bonuses to CHA skills.

If you can use the Book of Exalted Deeds, the feat Nymph's Kiss would also be great.

I'll second half elf paragon. Also easy multiclassing abilty is a feature of the half elf race, so why not take adavantage.

Suggested PrC from Quintessential Rogue II: Guv'nor
Suggested Prc form FR: Guildthief (5 levels)
...gains:
Doublespeak: A guild thief gains a +2 bonus on all Bluff, Diplomacy, and Innuendo checks.
Reputation +1/+2/+3: Add this value to the character's Leadership score. Most guild thieves with an interest in collecting followers have a permanent base of operations within a city, which gives an additional +2 bonus on their Leadership score.
...and twice:
Bonus Feat: A guild thief gains a feat from the following list: Alertness, Blind-Fight, Cosmopolitan, Eucation, Exotic Weapon Proficiency (hand crossbow), Leadership, Lightning Reflexes, Track, Skill Focus (any guild thief class skill), Still Spell, Street Smart, Weapon Finesse, Weapon Focus.

Thanks!

All right, I'll bend. Multiclass her all you want, but stick to WotC books, I do have some mongoose books, but not Quint Rogue or Quint Rog II (hmmm, maybe I should go ahead and see if I can get it cheap on eBay?). As for psionics, I'll say no, because I'd like to use her in my homebrew, and there is only one race that has the ability to use psionics, my Snakefolk.

You are absolutely right, I love that feat, I take it every time I roll up a new pc for myself.

Actually, with halfelf paragon levels you can stick to singleclass rogue otherwise and be happy. Looks like you have plenty of skillpoints to max out all the mentioned skills.
