Please rate Empower Turning

The Extra Turning pre-req is pretty harsh. It's probably better to get a Greater Holy Symbol and not waste 2 feats on this. I'm rating it a 4.

To me it looks pretty useless at high levels. It's really hard to turn a high HD undead. The +2d6 HD is kind of nice, but you've got to make the turning check in the first place.
