I gave it a 3, even though I took it for a PC. Even in that campaign, where the DM loves to throw around poisoned arrows and funky enchanted missile weapons, its munchkin value is low.

Excellent!

Folding Snatch Arrows into Deflect Arrows the way Sean suggests is an excellent idea that will see use in my campaign immediately. This feat strikes me as one of those that didn't get enough scrutiny. It seems like a good idea at first thought, but afterthought reveals its lack of utility.

I gave it a '2' because it is so stylish. Otherwise it would earn a '1'.

I saw a monk with this feat watch as javelins landed in comrades to the right and left of him. As a reactive defensive feat, there are much better choices than this.

This feat is freaking awesome combined with 'throw anything.'

You catch arrows and throw them back as an immediate free action. That's cool. Two feats, but, you're a monk - what feats do you really need? You get most of them as class abilities except weapon focus/weapon finesse, unless you're some kind of schlub who is trying to take the spring attack chain.
