PlotStorming.com is a site dedicated to writers, games, and fans of genre fiction. Its a friendly community where you can brainstorm ideas, share fiction, read entertaining short stories, ask for critiques, and enter monthly writing contests.
We had great participation for the October Contest, who knew fantasy news stories would be a hit? All the entries for your reading pleasure.
Hopefully this month's contest inspires just as many interesting entries:
Tis but a Dream...
Dreams appear a lot in fiction - portents, visions, nightmares, a means of communication with higher beings, and the list goes on. And from life experience we know dreams can be very bizarre things, reality has no hold on the subconscious mind. It can be a challenging task for an author to craft a dream sequence that really feels like a dream, but that shouldn't hold PlotStormers back.
This month the contest entries must feature a dream sequence - something that lets us see into the subconscious of a character and experience the mutable nature of dreaming. And as no PlotStorming.com contest is complete without a prompt or three the dream sequence must also contain a disembodied voice, green, and a cup-like object - any object routinely used for drinking.

Judging:
