As some of you may know, the Fantasy & Sci-Fi Books, Movies & TV Forum has been running a Book Club for some time. The current selection is The Club Dumas by Arturo Perez-Reverte and discussion starts on the 15th of October.

The idea is to get as many people to read this book, and then to have some sort of discussion on it come the 15th.
What is the best way to plug this as widely as possible?
Experience suggests that the thread announcing the selection will rapidly sink below the first page on the Books Forum, to be bounced back up several times over the next 6 weeks. Is there a better way to bring this idea to the attention of more people? The success of the Book Club depends on getting as may people as possible involved in the discussion, and I'm not sure how widely known it is outside the Books Forum. Any ideas on how increase it's profile and bring it as big an audience as possible?
