This modification has proven very popular at CM - it allows you to ignore a thread. This way you don't even have to see it if you don't want to participate in it. Use it to avoid the temptation of participating in threads you might get yourself in trouble with - like, say, 4e threads if you hate 4e, or 4e sucks threads if you love 4e - things of that nature.
If you later change your mind about ignoring a thread you can see the threads you are ignoring in your "My Account" area and clicking on "Ignored Threads"
