There's a Y! group (PCGScry) that has developed a viewer for PCGen. I don't own a Pocket PC, so don't know where this software stands.

Sorry I can't be of more help, but, as I said, I don't own a Pocket PC.

Mavrik - If you're looking to use it to DM and are willing to use something that's, umm, a wee bit rough, drop me an email at cpdonohue at comcast.net. I've written something, but I'm the only one who uses it, so I can cope with the rough edges. Basically it runs itiative, and keeps track of hp.
