In this episode, we visit the medieval gem of Flanders, Brugge, and check out its pristine medieval architecture, learn about carillons and Catholic relics, wander the city and sample some Belgian beer. We also talk about playing in a medieval setting, and two travel stories: the first about visiting a comic shop in Brugge, and the second about the coolest thing I happened upon in Brugge and taking time to become a temporary local.
Second part of a series exploring the Benelux region.

Finally got around to listening to this. Another home run, Daniel. I've never been to Brugge, but now I've got a good idea of the atmosphere. Also, the story about the mechanical tiger was gold. The video was great. Man, that thing is freakin' loud. You had said motorcycle engine, but I didn't really think about it until I saw the video.

Thanks for another great episode. Looking forward to the next one.

Thanks for the nice words, Fraser. I'm very glad you enjoyed it.

And yes, the tiger was indeed very loud, twice as cool as you can imagine. :D
