Nope, because magic missile isn't a weapon or a weapon-like spell.

Sounds reasonable. In complete arcane they use the example of magic missile as a valid spell to be enhanced by "warmage edge". It seemed like they were implying that it was a weapon like spell and able to use precision damage bonuses.

Could be wrong though and the warmage edge isn't restricted to weapon like spells only. It can enhance any damage dealing spell.

Yes the warmage edge affects spells that deal hit point damage.

The example also includes fireball which is not a weapon like spell.

As a general rule don't you need to make an attack roll or be able to critical to get precision damage?

you don't roll for MM, but do for Acid Arrow.

I'd say no since you don't make an attack roll for Magic Missile. You can't crit with a Magic Missile so I don't see why you should be able to get precision damage with it.

Of course my rules knowledge is average to say the least. Just have a look at how many threads are started rather than answered by me!
