N Nightchill Explorer May 21, 2004 #2 All stats start at 8. 9 = 1 10 = 2 11 = 3 12 = 4 13 = 5 14 = 6 15 = 8 16 = 10 17 = 13 18 = 16 Standard point buy is 25 points (I think), 28 points for challenging campaigns, 32 points for silly campaigns.
