poisoned arrows

ok, this is a question about poison doses. basically, the DMG has only one thing to say about doses:
It is not possible to use or apply poison in any quantity smaller than one dose.
does this mean that each individual arrow requires a separate dose? or, because arrows come in bundles of 20, is it possible to apply one dose to a bundle? is this clarified in the complete adventurer? what are the rules behind Keen Oil regarding ammunition?

As I recall (I could very well be wrong) but most poisons that can be applied to weapons tell you how many successful blows you can do with a melee weapon or how many arrows you can apply it to.

If not, though, I'd say your reading was right- one dose per arrow, one arrow per dose.

nope, poisons don't have individual entries in the DMG: just the table with costs, saves, and effects. any other input on this?

Poison: one object so one arrow

Keen Edge oil: hmm, it says it applies to one object as per the oil activation rules, so I think that takes precedence over the Target line in the spell that it duplicates, so one arrow. However, I think it would be fine to allow the oil to apply to 50 projectiles, though I don't think the rules allow for it.
