Polymorph Question

I got a question about polymorph.
In the Draconomicon is a Ring that lets the user polymorph himself into an adult dragon.
So my question is if one does it what ablilities of the dragon does he gains?
In earlier editions one didnt get the supernatural abilities like breath weapon or SR.
Can someone tell me how it is in 3.5 and where to find the rules about this?
Nether Ring nor polymorph do state something about it.
Any Advice welcome.

Thanks Khelvan.

If it's literally polymorph, then he would not gain Su abilities at all. Polymorph in 3.5 gives physical stats (but leaves max hp unchanged); natural attacks; natural armor; movement modes (including flight, in this case); creature's size and reach; and any extraordinary special attacks (but not extraordinary special qualities; just look at any monster's stat listing and you'll see they separate them). The part I'm not sure of is whether Frightful Prescence is an attack or a quality.

Did I forget anything? In my current game,we use a haouseruled version, and I've never played in a game w/ the polymorph subschool rules (we all hate 'em), so I may have left stuff out.
